Erika Z. Chisarik started her Real Estate career in 2016 in Honolulu, Hawaii by joining North America's oldest and most established industry leader - Coldwell Banker Realty. What originally began as a personal quest to find a vacation home for her parents on Oahu, instantaneously turned into a full-time job when at her very first open house, a sweet newlywed couple asked her for representation in the purchase of their dream home in Waikiki. The couple's satisfaction and happiness with the transaction and their new home earned Erika multiple referrals and their loyalty for life.

It did not take long, in fact just a year, for Erika to receive Coldwell Banker's prestigious International Diamond Society Award and become a consistent top producing agent. She has been annually inducted to Coldwell Banker's Million Dollar Club since 2018, and has achieved International President's Circle status that is awarded to the TOP 7% of CB agents worldwide. Since the start of her career, Erika has been annually nominated by multiple Clients for the Aloha Aina Realtor Award for providing exceptional real estate services.

Erika is a Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® Property Specialist, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS – is the highest credential awarded to residential sales associates nationwide), a Graduate of the Relator Institute (GRI®), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®), a digital marketing professional (e-PRO®), a Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®).

Erika also holds a Masters in English Language & Literature from Leiden University in the Netherlands, and a Masters and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Manchester in England. She is proficient in English, Dutch, Hungarian, Russian, Ukrainian and Italian. She lived in seven countries and travelled extensively around the world. She is an avid diver, under-water photographer, high-altitude mountaineer, and long-distance runner.  She also enjoys baking, gardening, and decorating her own homes in Aina Haina and Ko'Olina.
